Whats your lifting schedule

Do you lift in the mornings? Evenings? After work?

I usually wake up around 2-3am to lift, shower, pin. Then I'm at work at 7. Work until 2, then go home eat and go to bed.
 
Changes from week to week due to my 8 day shift pattern of two days, two 14hr nights, four off clashing with my other half's 10 week day or late shift pattern and having a 4yo in school.

I just make sure each week that I plan which day I'm going to do what and then go by feel as to what time will be best to get it done on that day. Not a life for those that need a regimented routine in this house!
