legg press is huge , 9 plates on each side , dont do squats too much risk of back

deadlift 525-I have bad back problems

been training for about 4 years seroiously for 2

these were maxes as of the middle of january since then i have been hospitalized with lower back problems(herniated disks and a pinched nerve) that were the result of a four wheeler wreck in the middle of march. I had worked back up to better lifts during my workout on bench but my squat and deadlift will never be that good again.
