What's your preworkout?

I'm about to make my own Preworkout, basing it off of Mr Hyde's blend, with the exception that I'll be adding the same amount of DMAA that was in the original jack3d.

Just bought enough bulk shit for 2,500 scoops and I think I'm into it like 70 bucks.
Was the dmaa hard to acquire cause ive seen tons of sites just not really into gettin burned ...

I just didn't get the dmaa.
I've never tried it so idk what I'm missing haha.
I honestly don't understand the dmaa thing. It supposed to be super illegal but a bunch of company's are still selling it out in the open 3 years later.
 
I make my own pre workout. 2 x 200mg caffeine pills, 5g creatine, 5g citruline malate, 4g beta whatever the fuck it's called, 3g taurine, 10g BCAA. Cost me less then $100 for everything and last 6 months at least
I did the same, mixed:
500mg caffeine anhydrous
3G creatine mono
1g beta alanine
4g fruit punch powder

Tastes like ass but not as good.

Get's the job done though and I have enough for 1500 scoops for like 65 bucks.
 
Off cycle:

Before every lift, and I mean EVERY, I eat a large apple. Banana. Than I take muscletech creatine, muscletech glutamine, scoop of Beta alinine. No nitric oxide. The odd cup of coffee.

On cycle: best PWO ever; Large Apple. Banana. .5-.8ml shot of suspension. Timmies coffee. Done.

Simple sugars are always a goto.
 
Pre-workouts are shit, trash, snake oil. I eat carbs, dbol, and pop caffeine pills... what is pre-workout anyways besides caffeine and some other hokus-pokus? If someone really needed that extra edge they should pop adderal, but personally I need to save my appetite for my bulk so speed is a NoNo, DBOL is the GoGo.
 
If you're into powerlifting you can cut your phony, fake, shitty, preworkout out of the mix and opt for huffing ammonia before each lift for added focus and awarness.

I barely ever use ammonia but oddly enough when I do I get absolutely nothing out of it, just a burn in my nostrils but that's it... wish I could feel the effect haha

Maybe you're already lit before you pop one haha, have you tried taking one when your completely fatigued, try them after getting off the treadmill, or on days you don't feel all there, like on a day you didn't get any sleep.
