Looks pretty dope. Where from? I'd take that after gym or before bed.
I got at albertson grocery store for $2.50. It was cheap enough so why not give it a try. Taste good enough, kinda thick.

Fruit punch and thick.. interesting. At least it's worth its buck, I'll give it a try. You ever tried grenade pre workout? Used it today for shoulders and triceps, according to my gym owner one serving is equivalent to 2L of monster ! My ears were burning but the pump is always fun.

use it for awhile and let us know if it makes any kind of impact on your training and gains.
I've consumed 3 so far and no stomach issues. No venomous farts like protein shake.
Only preworkout I use sometimes is bronkiad plus caffeine tabs. Much cheaper.
You've been using this protein for a while?
I only thing that concerns me is the 1st ingredient is collagen instead of whey protein. I don't know anything about collagen protein.

They sell pre workout servings at my gym behind the counter. Never use it normally
I may have to give those bad boys a (shot)....pun intended lol.
I hate proprietary blends... You never know what's what. And 42 grams of protein is a HUGE gray area. If still use it, but worried it would be spiked with things such as taurine etc.

That's what I am afraid of.
That must have punched you in the nuts literally, haha. I'd be leery of this but as this would most likely be made of low-quality protein to really be worthy as a main drink. You could use this as an intra workout drink even.

Just shitty cat amino spiking to fake a nutritional claim.
Everyone seen labdoor? Some interesting stuff to be seen on there. Cost to content, the only powders that are really worth a damn are ON gold, and the damn Wal-Mart brand. Nothing much else in the budget grade that's worth buying. Dymatize alright too, IIRC.

It's also worth noting that these manufactures change formulas every few months or so, whether to ride trends or avoid these analytical tests. Bodyfortress changed isolate products three times in six months, and I'll be damned if I drink this new one that's all loaded with soy.
The cheapo BF whey concentrate has 18g out of 20g claimed. Does what it's supposed to do, for cheaper (and closer to advertised) than most everything else. Works for me and my budget.
And as for the OP: I wouldn't fuck with any of those pre mixed drinks, except in a pinch. Especially not one loaded with collagen.

I for one think protein supplements to be an evil you have to deal with. Use real food and supplement as a last resort.
