When can I water fast after tren?

One week into pinning 100 tren ace eod and 600/mgs test a week, havent pinned in 3 days. I decided I wanted to do a 20 day water only fast instead of a typical defecit cut but am.worried about how the tren could interact with that so I am hesitant to start just yet. Was wondeting how long it should take before im good to go
 
Thats why Ive stopped and dont plan on taking them during the fast. I know the test e can take weeks to leave the body but its moreso the tren im worried about and how long after last pin I have to wait

Wait, that's an even worse idea! Do a cycle to gain muscle, then don't eat anything during your PCT? You're going to be smaller than when you started.
 
From the research I have done on prolonged fasting, even from a bodybuilding perspective it sounds fine and have read logs from very expirienced lifters doing it fine. Your body doesnt go after muscle tissue unless you are at a very low bf%. Its just supposed to drain the glycogen and what not which makes you look flat and lose strength. I am at 25% and have done a 6 day fast before and don't mind it much. I am just hesitant and unsure on the timeframe of last pin till time it should all be out of my system to lessen any type of complications
 
Not saying its anywhere near optimal but in terms of quickest fat loss possible with the expense of little to no muscle and some strength that youll get back quick anyway..seems ok

Fasting is inferior in almost every metric than more structured, intelligent dieting.

There's literally zero reason to fast for any performance based reason. It is no more effective than regular coloric restriction (when intake is equated) and is very often far less effective, and comes with a slew of negative health ramifications.


If you want to lose weight, just follow a diet plan or regimen intelligently.
 
If you are obese and you have diabetes a water fast is not a bad idea. But listen man you cant be on tren and water fast if you want to be on anything just trt will do. And guys fun fact guys fasting actually increases testosterone in average joes not enhanced
 
Why is everyone against fasting maybe because you haveng researched it but it is so beneficial to the human body. it allows us to heal, it starts a process called autophagy and what this is is this is a process of getting rid of old cells or damaged cells. this is why animals, people to, dont eat when we are really sick becasuee the body wants to heal. guys google autophagy its an amazing thing and this is why people fast for the most part.
 
check out the guy that fasted for a whole year, he lost hundreds of pounds, it was done under medical supervision all he took was water, electrolites and some vitamins I believe.
Why do I bring this up? one small little thing... : he did NOT have loose skin at the end of the fast! Know why? because his body canibalized every source of protein that was available muscle, skin etc and here lies the problem with fasting for jacked dudes and why it is not used, you will preferentially lose more muscle mass than if you were on a normal high protein diet

All the morons that claim fasting is muscle sparing are just that morons, it makes no biological sense especially when you have excess muscle mass on your frame....
