Just wondering who trains Traps on back day and who trains them on shoulder day. Pros and cons of each day?

FYI, Friday is pizza day. (just not at real gyms)Also FYI, Wednesday is hump day!
I actually do both. Usually I do shoulders on tuesday and back on sat. Ill do some shrugs or upright rows each day. But thats because my traps were lagging for so long.
Traps are usually done on a day where you work your shoulders. I don't think it makes much difference if you do them on back day. If your traps are a lagging bodypart they should be trained first reguarless. Olympic lifts like power snatch and power clean are better at developing traps then shrugs. But you need to trained in those movement so you don't injure yourself.
Actually it is very correct. You don't even need shrugs. To each it is different.Im a believer that everything works.I my self have good trap development that has allways came easy from all of my pull excercises.Others have developed outstanding traps from shrugs alone.Even doing strict shrugs holding only 45lb plates. There are a few known guys here at meso who have developed their traps further just doing that.Brutus for one and demondosage as another example. To say oly lifts are better than shrugs just isn't correct.
Okay but you did say pulls and the like are better for developing traps..just saying.I never said you shrugs don't help trap development. I don't even do traps and I have them.
Sweet that's today! Gonna humpAlso FYI, Wednesday is hump day!
