When should I donate blood?

So I'm planning a small test + npp cycle (250 test, 250 npp) and I'm wondering if I should donate blood before or during the cycle. (by donate I mean dump of course). My rbc, h&h were a bit elevated on trt so I'm not sure if I need to. I have a supplement stack I will be using in attempt to control it (grapefruit, naringin, nattokinase). If I should donate before, how long should I wait to start the cycle?

I’d donate before cycle…… I usually come off my blast then donate and get bloods done about 6 weeks into my cruise.

How dangerous would it really be If I just don't donate? Not exactly a fan of donating, I always black out and start sweating. I've heard IP6 supplement is effective at lowering it, can I just take that instead along with other supps like GSE, Nattokinase, Naringin) and grapefruit? Should be a 12 week cycle then off everything and pct.

Donating is a hit or miss for me. I had better blood work while blasting than when on 60mg a week trt. I tried donating a day after donation as well as a week and 2 weeks after. Didn’t make a difference.

I am going to start Natto, Naringin and ip6 hopefully in a week if my order arrives. Right now just doing grapefruit seed extract and grapefruit here and there, plus low dose aspirin at night.

As far as my research go, it is not lethal till you go over .60 hema or if you have genetic predisposition.

There's no need to donate so you're good. Proper hydration is key. Don't go get your labs without drinking plenty of water before and be fully hydrated. Make sure electrolytes are good. Donating for hematocrit is old school advice. Your blood doesn't actually thicken with testosterone so high hematocrit isn't an issue. It's only an issue in polycythemia vera which you don't have
