When to draw bloods for e2

Looking to get my blood work done...currently taking 375mg test split MWF and aromasin 6.25mg also on pin days. Would it he best to draw labs before monday mornings pin? Curious to know how my ai dose has affected my e2 levels. Was dosing aromasin once every 4 or 5 days and e2 came back at 74 so I increased to every 2 or 3 days

Typically you wanna see your levels in a trough unless you have a specific reason so yes, before Monday pin would be your lowest reading.
