hey guys just wondering, does it matter if i cheat every once in a while or should i wait til the end to have a big cheat meal or whens the best time to have a cheat meal? i had a couple pieces of garlic bread today (i CANT take the carb cravings omg they are unreal so damn bad), and i knew i was going to pay for it an hour later. i was BURNING UP HOT. is it true when u eat the carbs on dnp they are just thrown off as heat because the body needs to use it for energy? so in theory i could eat a cheat meal and im just going to be really hot? i wont store any of that as fat?
