I am currently running:
weeks 1-12 sus 250 .6cc eod
weeks 1-11 eq 400 once a week
weeks 13-14 75mg prop ed
pct 3 days after
.25 adex ed
20 mg nolva ed

Now I started last fri and I know that they are slow esters so when should I jump my cals up? Should I wait till the test kicks in? like week 3-4
I increased my cals on first day and have been getting a little bigger in the mid section. so I backed off a little. Diet is pretty clean low gi carbs 2g/lb protien and healthy fats
Thanks
Dan

You got noticeably thicker in the mid section in under a week? Dude, you've got to stop being afraid of putting on bodyfat. You'll never grow with an attitude like that.

Either that, or you need to seriously clean up that diet if you put on noticeable belly fat in less than a week.

wait until the end of the cycle then kick it up, j/k I would start RIGHT NOW put about 4500 5000 every day and just watch yourself grow.

I'm having a really hard time believing that you put on noticeable stomach fat in a week, my guess would be more like your stomach "looked" bloated from all the extra food you were taking in and that could cause you to look heavier around the midsection. Like said above bro, don't be afraid of the fat...you will NEVER grow with that attitude...up the cals NOW...take care and good luck bro!

i hope you understand that eating a lot doesn't mean go out and eat a whole medium pizza and some burgers and fries. you have to eat a lot, but it has to be clean (for the most part). stick to complex carbs and such. i don't know specifics because i've never really dieted like that before, but there is pretty good info around the net if you're interested.
