when to test baseline igf1 after stopping hgh

hey guys i hope you’re doing well
i am new to hgh and i took it for about 2 months
the second month i was taking 10iu a day
i know it’s stupid
i tested my igf1 and it was around 246 i am 29 years old
so i stopped taking hgh to get my igf1 levels to normal and test it again because i don’t know my baseline igf1 levels
so i stopped taking hgh since 11 days
am i good to go to do igf1 test now ?

Take 4-6 weeks off and retest. GH has a short half-life but IGF-1 stays elevated much longer.

yeah 10iu is wild lol but we’ve all done dumb stuff. 11 days off is usually plenty for igf1 to settle back down so you should be fine to test now. it wont be a perfect true baseline but it’ll be way closer than testing on cycle. honestly 246 at 29 isnt even crazy. get the lab and see where it lands and go from there. good call stopping and checking instead of guessing.
