When to use DNP....during or post cycle?

Ok I have some left over DNP that I plan on using.......


I am currently in week 5 of my cycle which is
75mg prop
75mg tren
50mg winny
125mcg t-3



Now I have looked and I dont see many people using dnp DURING a cycle. I also read that DNP will benefit you more post cycle. But I go on vacation in 3 weeks and I would like to look even better, so I was thinking of taking it now.



What do you bros think?

Also if I do infact use DNP post cycle should I do anything different to my diet?

ive used dnp during cycle, post cycle, off cycle. i personally dont see any reason not to use it on cycle unless your trying to pack on mass which you wouldnt be able to do.
 
You can use it on cycle, but don't expect to make any real gains during that time. Your energy will be in the toilet and your metabolism will be in over drive, not very conducive to gaining muscle mass. Most people run it right before or right after, but that doesn't mean you can't go during.
Your diet would need to be high protein, moderate simple carbs, and low or no fat.

I ran a 9 day course of it at the end of my last cycle (which ended a few weeks ago)... I was on Winny, Tren, and some Masteron... Also I was on 1 tab T3, and 6 tabs of clen per day durring that time... Honestly it was a lot harder to do stuff (as I expected) but with the addition of the clen I had a whole lot more energy and wasnt nearly as lethargic... I didnt have to break from my normal routine and still hit cardio plus dieting... the fat honestly just melted off.. got me down to 5.1%.. just make sure you drink lots of water.. lots
 
Well I am running a cutting cycle so I am not worried about gainging mass. I read that it might fuck up your liver worse when using on cycle....



Would the results be any different if I used during my cycle as opposed to post cycle?

could youpost that info about theliver. or maybe someone blowing smoke up your ass. have you read the sticky how not to fuck up dnp and the studies inside it if not check it out its a great read.
 
I am on my 3rd day of DNP right now, I am running it along with my cycle for the next 6 days at only 400 mg. Today was nearly impossible to get through my workout, but I managed. I almost threw up afterwards, I'm thinking it will only get worse, but I have to get through it. I let myself get to fat this winter.

can't imagine doing dnp on a cycle...energy would be too low. Unless I did maybe 200mg only. Any more than that, and it would just suck suck suck (not in a good way). Yeah, and I've had that "gonna throw up" feeling too. I think (dont know for sure) it happens when I get overly carb depleted.
 
Ok well I am starting the DNP today, Will update. My goal is to get to 600mg ,I did 2 previous cycles of dnp and never went past 400mg......... I thinkk my starting weight is 230 will post later.
 
I'm so glad to see a borad with intelligent DNP related conversation. I think we owe heretic a thanks for educating us on the truth about DNP not just the idiotic rumors.

ok starting weight is 226-227, today is day 3, nothing to notice really I have been at 400mg and side effects are almost non existent. Just a little more sweat nothing too bad. Tonight I might bump it up to 600mg for the first time ever. I dont wanna jump on the scale for a couple more days, I would rather see changes in the mirror anyway!
 
i have had good results using dnp and not losing muscle

once during a primo bridge and once i used some left over vars
along with it for the anti-catobolic effect
those two times i notices very little loss in muscle
both were 7-10 day runs
 
Ok starting yesterday I am finally doing 600mg, and its really not too bad, yeah i do sweat more but I can handle it. The trick is to keep carbs kinda low. I will continue 600mg for a few more days then drop it back down to 400mg for the rest of the cycle. I will be happy if I lose 7-9 lbs of mostly fat. I do feel like I have dropped a few pounds but I am not gonna step on a scale for a couple more days........
 
Ok bed was a lake last night could not sleep at all. So I am gonna bump it down to 400 mg for the rest of the cycle, the sweating is only real bad at night when I sleep, I have been feeling fine throughout the day.......Even workouts have been fine. Oh I have only dropped 1 lb????? :confused:

Chuck, if you have really done cycles of DNP in the Past I am sure you realize that its no use in having a scale till after the water retention is gone. Also, you haven't even built up the dnp in your system well before you jumped to 600mg....take your time, diet well, it ain't magic yellow dust.

Today is day 6 and you are telling me it hasnt built up in my system? It has a 36 hour half life......so yes it HAS built up in my system. Also my first cycle I lost 7lbs at day 7 and a total of 11lbs....there was no change after stopping DNP, No water retention. Alot of that has to do with diet and what you eat during use.



How can you say take your time when an average cycle is only 10 days! :rolleyes:
