When your out of meals?

What do you guys do/what are your thoughts when you find yourself out of meals either out and about or stuck at work (happens to me alot)? Do you find ut better to just grab a meal or wait till you get home? Where Im at there is pretty much fast food. I usually hold off as long as I can then enjoy a bomb ass fast food meal followed by lots of remorse slash guilt.
 
I go to a store snd grt some jerky and nuts and shit like that. Most fast food places you can find a not too terrible option, order a burger no bun no fries etc.
 
Depends what fast food restaurants you have. Boston Market is my go to for something quick- I get a half chicken with red potatoes and green beans. It has a pretty good macro breakdown.

Pretty much any fast food restaurant, you can put together something decent. Just check out their menu before you go and try to skip anything that's fried.
 
Ill get some fast food if need be. Depending on your goals some calories are better than no calories. Usually ill look up nutrition on my phone and figure out a way to make things a little better. Like no sauce, cheese, etc. Ill go to Taco Bell and get some soft tacos with nothing but meat, lettuce, and cheese. Theres always subways on every corner (or better sandwich shops). Always a way to make it work though.

That makes me wanna order 6 steak tacos just meat and lettuce
 
Chick fil a grilled nuggets taste amazing. My fat ass boss actually prefers them over the regular chicken so you know they're good
 
I order whatever I think I would be getting the most protein from. My metabolism allows me to eat pretty much anything without gaining too much fat but everyone's different. I'll eat a burger or chicken and drink a shake afterwards.

Pfffft... 2 McDoubles are where it's at! Almost 20g more protein and still only like $5.

I actually just finished 2 triple cheeseburgers from there..... And a Mcflurry :oops: had to make up some calories at work.
 
Little more calories, less fat, and more protein..... U got me there

How have I never thought to try this?? I'm sure the late shift will hate me for them having to open up the old burgers that have been sitting for hours just to add this but next time I'm doing it!

Lol... They love the wife..... She asks for fries with no salt.... Then asks for few packets of salt sooooo there fresh:)

I've heard about that trick just never remembered when it counted. Plus now most of the time I just get burgers, no fries, no drink. Got my gallon of water with me anyway.
