I also bought mine from eBay but when I add it to water the water become cloudy. When added to oil it blends in less than a second. Any idea why?

Did it stay cloudy in water or clear up? It shouldn't stay cloudy. BA dissolves in both oil and water.

Double check your calculations. Are you sure it's final concentration 0.9% BA?
Like, 9.9 mL water + 0.09 mL BA.
I don't know, it might stay cloudy if you add way too much BA. Otherwise maybe it's not BA.

I just use 1% BA. No issues so far.

I don't know. I've tried several different BA products and all of them cloud my solution.
What water are you using? I don't know mate I have done something like 1 liter of BA gave it around to all my friends, never had this problem. You sure it's BA?

I can't always be 100% sure but so far I have been using everything from my latest supplier (BB, EO etc.) and everything works great. No problems at all. After filtering through Nylon6 filter my solutions clear up but before that they are cloudy when I add 1% BA.

Sometimes I use NaCl 0.9%, sometimes water for injections.
