Where Does Real Strength Come From?

I been giving this arms everyday thing a thought the whole weekend after coming off a CT Fletcher vid marathon. I.may.give.itago

I only train them 2 times per week and I wouldn't go more than 3 times per week. They would affect any back movements too much to be worthwhile for me I think. Maybe only doing one movement for them everyday would make it work though? Not sure.

I like a couple movements 2 times per week.

I want big arms emano_O

Dumbbell curls
Preacher curls
Incline curls
2x per week

With hammer curls once per week

Has been my arm routine for probably too long now... Gotten great results with it though. I used to include 21's once a week too but haven't in a while.

If I had to choose just one lift to do... I couldn't.

The theory does work. I been training legs, chest and back ED for 8 months now. They have improved drastically. On or off cycle. When i finally broke the 19" barrier last cycle (arms) i trained them more vigorously than ever and it paid off. Obviously im still not satisfied. As of right now arms are just "accessory" work. Ill start with pen and paper and figure this thing out

What do you do?
Well like i meant to say when i was trying to gain drastic arm size i was training them 200 reps of assorted bi and tri work twice per week for a total of 400 reps per week for arms alone. It was a "specialization" program. I am on WC's program for the past 8 months and arms are now just accessory work. They do get hit ED but not nearly as much to really benefit in heaps and bounds. 3 sets of biceps ED and 3 sets of tri ED. Its not enough.

I want some of those bulbous CT Fletcher arms!

Those three lifts 2x per week comes out to 350 reps per week. Or so. I go heavier on some and lighter on others but I bet it rounds out to be around 350.

I regret not training arms alot early on. I always noticed a vast imbalance in alot of gym goers physiques. I mean if they had anything. Anything at all they would damn sure have arms. I always kinda loathed that look. So i trained chest, back and legs alot. Now im still behind in arms and it sucks. Its not a matter of strength. Its a matter of volume. My biceps are strong they can hook grip 335 for 5 barbell bent row. Clean up to the sternum with alot of bar speed. My triceps are strong. Very strong. I just lack the time and volume curling and doing pushdowns n whatnot.

Time to take arms as serious as i do everything else
