Oh yeah I am totally aware. The main problems are China, India, and parts of Africa as far as I am aware. They are the biggest drivers of the issue. Third world countries need better access to birth control...as well as a culture change im some areas so men aren't just raping women in the streets and getting them pregnant. The US has been below replacement levels for decades. If it was not for immigration (legal and illegal), and medical advances causing old folks to live longer, our population would actually be getting lower every year. The same has happened in many other countries that are developed.
2020 was the lowest number of births since 1979. We have been below replacement rate since 1971 (before most of you were born). And we have higher numbers of genetic issues in children due to women waiting until they are older to have kids.
Global population growth is mainly driven by the third world, and even that growth rate is on the ddecline.
Also a big problem is our quest for immortality and the way we keep elderly people alive for sooo long and most states don't allow "death with dignity" laws.
Case in point: an elderly family member of mine (100 years old) has severe alzheimers (he literall/t poops on the floor). He just wants to sleep all day and wouldn't eat. He was in kidney failure. Oh, also, the entire time he has been in the facility he has been claiming he is in prison. They took his wallet when he was admitted and constantly asks if we can go get his wallet so he can pay his bail. The family members mn&y thy 6 pays good money to go see him across the country, then the day after we leave when we Skype or talk on the phone he asks when we are gonna visit, it's been so long, etc.
His body is trying to quit Try to stop eating they give him appetite inducers. Doesn't sleep right/falls asleep randomly ... and they throw drugs at him. Nobody is allowed TO DIE ANYMORE!!
