??Whey Protien??

@HuckingFuge turned me on to the protien factory. What ever those guys over there put on the label is what's in it. The guy that owns protien factory actually buys other proteins and test them and then calls BS about there labels. Protien powders are not governed by the FDA. So basically they can put whatever they want on the label. Check out protien factory it's interesting stuff. I am currently on their CFM whey. not the best tasting, but atlest I know that the label is 100% true. I am also taking IsoPure. It's got 50g protien per serving. ( so the label says ).

Thanks for the feedback i have lately been leaning more on foods as i get tired of spending money on higher quality whey proteins I have been mostly doing chicken breast Turkey and different kinds of beans lately and have increased protein intake but i will surely invest my hard earned money into more lean meats and cut down on the powder
Also you can buy a food weight scale an calculate exactly the amount you need on a day to day basis. I still need to get one for myself lol.

Did you see any reviews on OPT optimum nutrition whey protein? That's what I always use an hope its a good choice. I know its one if the better ones an the protein they state doesn't seem to be over inflated like how many other low budget proteins are out their.

I think it said that the label was around 70-75 % accurate on that one. Don't quote me. I'll have to look at it tomorrow.

So I looked it up. They claim that thier product has around 77% protien when actually it has 63%.

I just moved and my internet isn't getting hooked up till Monday. So I can't send you a link. I'm not smart enough to do it from my phone. Lol. Just go to there website and check it out.

Thanks bro im looking at them right now.

Why is that? I have seen true nutrition on face book but that's about it. I really don't know to much about them.

Quality of product, price, options with respect to flavor, sweetener, packaging. The raw ingredients are top notch with nothing from China. Mostly usa Europe and New Zealand sourced. I have been a loyal customer since 2007. Check out their website and their product offering. If you are interested I have a discount code. I am not affiliated with the company in anyway other than being a huge fan and loyal customer.

Thanks for the info. I will check them out. Protien factory's vanilla is horrible and they no longer add sweetners. But I love that I know EXCATLY what I'm buying.

I am surprised you boys have never heard or tried them ...
I usually only look on ebay for mine. I google whats the top 10 best protein powder supps for 2014. Then I go to ebay an look up the top 1 rated on google an read it. Ill buy if I think its legit. I have never heard of the one you have stated but I'm researching them know! Thanks for the info though!

Anytime guys. I may not know much about TRT or aas but i do know my proteins :)

Order 1lb of a few proteins and or custom mixes u like. I am confident you won't be disappointed.

I use optimum nutrition natural whey. I don't like artificial sweeteners that's why I use it but it tastes good and blends easy, that's all that matters.

I used to be that way. I use to only buy the best tasting shit. Then I got smart and I wanted to ACTUALLY get what the label says. The stuff I have now is horrible with water but I just down it. Why buy a protien that says it has 30grams of protien if it ACTUALLY only has half of that and a lot of calories, carbs and sodium?
