big paul , thank you very much, im keeping to your advice too, as to not injure myself. I dont pick it up if i cant rep it at least 5 times. Very vigiliant. Dont need to speed up the degeneration that is already coming for me. And blasting away on the deca as well :d

thanks illuminatty... Im trying hard, and cant wait to reap the full benefits of a planned out 3-4mo cycle. Man after just 3 -4 weeks of my first cycle i actually do look forward to my pinz now. How bad is that? Lol. I have a be4 picture when i was 2 mo out of surgery and had just returned to the gym. I looked fat around my love handles, and difinitly can see a marked difference. I wonder how much of it is natural as well , as i should only be seeing the first signs of test now at 3 weeks and 5 days today...

Lol not Long tube if I had a chance to start over I'd have run prop and npp the whole time however a marked increase in price ...
 
K, well i switched it for month 2 , to a bottle of test E that is 300mg instead of 250 , so im upping it to 600mg ew for month 2. month 3 ill switch back to astro test. then back to gym labs prop for week 12-14/15 ..

im sitting at 192, up a solid 10-15 but some may very well be water
 
not much to add so far. gym routine has been very consistant. hell i see me more in there then alot of regulars. 5 day a week aint missed one day yet during cycle. as far as eating clean, been real tough. so fucking hungry all the time .
been getting painfull pumps here and there during workouts. veins in my shoulders chest and arms and even calves have popped out hard. this is week 5 i believe:)
 
my arms are constantly much fuller. I measured them after getting a good pump at home from curling some 35lb plates that i have laying around. there nearly 17'', like 16 7/8s . up from 15.5. crazy. weight has bounced around a bit, but 191 this morning dry. 196-7 at nights lately. not looking to gain much more weight than this, shit, might have to cutt back on night snack

Np brother, happy 2 share my experience with it. I can tell a pretty significant difference as i enter week 5/6. first few weeks i thought i was experiencing natty gains, as ive been training hard for a minute now, but really its becoming obvious that the meds are helping . vascularity , strength, and fullness are all up. appetite is throught the roof. if i could fuck 3-5 times a day id wear that pussy out right now. never been hornier, except when i did some hard drugs a decade ago. unfortunatley my girl just had a baby, and had a few tears, so needless to say ive had some blue balls for a while, wanting to tear every piece of ass up I see .
no acne above regular, maybe a little nip sensitivity. no real sides to speak of, except when i miss a Dex dose i seem to hold more weight the next day.

illuminattty , thanks brother, strength is definitely up. I hit some pr's on leg extensions , and number of pullups and chinups i can do. seems like i can do alot more reps of everything. Im still cautious, as my back surgery is still fresh so I cant push squatting or even do deads. instead i do tons of dumbbell steps ups, and dumbell squats with lighter weights. there is a huge difference in appearance i see it![}:)]
 
crazy how much my weight is bouncing around. if i eat heavier on the weekends i shoot up to mid 190s, but during the work week when im burning hella calories then 2hr in the gym im around 185 now

i hear ya, at least its moving lol...im f'n stuck at 183 and eating like a gd beast..i don't get it
 
i feel like im making definite gains, and probably leaning out even more in my abs. here is week 6

Test E dose 600mg ew
Deca 300mg ew

pretty much zero'd in on my delts for pinz . easiest for me to get by myslef. glutes cant stand the back discomfort of leaning around. Ai is adex, and ive been missing my .25mg eod dose here and there and all i notice is my weight goes up a bit. (only missed a handful )

Finally an appropriate 1st cycle!!! Good shit TILE, keep us posted about your strength gains man, I'm curious to see what your 5RMs will be at the end of your cycle. You never get a second chance for a 1st cycle man, beast out in that gym and keep us posted!
