lol burr, zero effects on grout, but as far as stocking a job, ie carrrying all tile to its location, i get a a wicked pump
 
I am noticing a slight issue. my right bicep has been feeling bruised in the middle between delt and elbow, so would seem it isnt a tear, but directly in the muscle. been like this off n on for about a week / week n half. no real bruise, just feels like it if i push. when i do a curling motion it feels tight. like a very tight pump. like a pump that never goes away. they have grown alot and fast. if it was a tendon tear it would be more up toward shoulder, or down towards elbow. last week it did seem not red but kinda pink ish. literally in the middle of the top of the bicept. Could it be 1.5 cc is too much for the delt? and slipped a bit sub q in to the bicept? wierd its just the right arm? :eek:
 
K hopefully moving past small issue . I got cellulitis some how . Never has it before and my biceps was flaming up pretty bad . Been on cephlexan for a 1 and a half days seems to be starting to subside .
Delt shots are out for a bit I guess
 
Thank you for your time and the detail you put into this thread. I'm going to make my friend read this, for a "what to do" on your first cycle. I screwed mine up the first time and honestly had no idea what i was doing. He starting his soon and thinks aas's are some kind of magic that going to transform him over night into "the incredible hulk". I'm trying to be helpful and give him the tools to educate himself, however, it might be a lost cause.
 
Hey tile do you target obliques when you train your core?

I did for a very long time, and I was self conscious about my waist being so square. Actually limiting my oblique workouts to just bodyweight and no addition of waits helped me achieve a v tape with the narrower waist.

dper, honestly my core workout is pretty shitty. i need to break things up more and diversify as i get used to a routine and i stick with it, a bad habit im known for. I dont work the obliques much by them selves. For pure core at end of leg days (mon.fri) i use a decline bench on highest setting and lock my legs in with a light kettle ball and do alot of situps. high reps, with isometric holds . also my leg days I do dumbell squats with the dumbells resting on my shoulders so my core is pretty activated. and dumbell step ups which gets my core and shoulders. I def need more focus on my core. i already notice how much bigger my delts, chest , bi , lats and tris are to everything else, and it seems a bit un porpotioned. however since this cycle and buttoning down my diet and traing somewhat, ive noticed alot of quad mucle developing, veins popping hard in my legs, and starting to see results however small in my legs:eek:
 
k this pic is not quite be4 cycle more like after sitting around post op surgery for a few months , and then taking before starting gym routine religiously again. but still be4 cycle and mid way.. I see it:D

Hardwork is starting to pay off. had several random people tell me i look huge, or what do you eat?

Im at week 7/8 , have run through 20ml of test so far. 1 10ml astro test e 250mg, and 1 10ml gym labs test e 300. Im still using deca about @ week 6 with it @ 300mg ew . hoping to run the deca bottle out, then switch to prop for 2 weeks n be there. Im switched back to astro test e for this 3rd month. Will be drawing like 1.2cc to push myself a bit past 500mg ew.

woke up about 192 this morning. kinda of a trend for me to weigh a bit more on the weekends while i rest eat and do nothing much. hit the gym today however, and weighted in around 196. remember is started at 174. I am probably running less of a AI than reccomended and not keeping those levels stable , as i usually just take .25 dex with my 2x ew injections.
I have had a fuck ton of muscle cramping of late. glute cramps, chest cramps. shit cramps just about anywhere. stretch , stretch, n ice. still horny as fuck , oh man i cant imagine the damage id do as a single man i tell you what. its been fairly lamme as my girl had our first son of recent, and had a few stitches put in from some vag tears, and she can barely take the dick. fuck ing sucks . make sure to have ass on hand if you gunna cycle. :eek:
 
My wife went through the same procedure, I guess its the downfall of delivering a 9 pounder naturally. Anyways I wasn't cycling at the time but I do know what you speak of. Now when I cycle by keeping my testosterone at trt levels I am myself as far as sex drive. But the moment I reach 500mg plus I turn into a beast in the wild.

Awesome Tile!!! Very well done sir. I started my cycle ten days ago and posted a pic on my profile page of me before cycle. I will be using astro gear only and will post all the pics in astro thread as to the gains I make. November through March was hard on my training regime. I am a field supervisor and three back to back turn arounds working ninety plus hour weeks put me behind schedule for this summer.

Definitely nice to see someone do their homework and do this right. :D
