ok week 16 is about here. still doing prop 100 eod . hcg 2x week 250iu's ima blast probably 500-1000ius this week to not waste it be4 starting pct.
the tendonitis has resolved, i think its in both arms from a muscle imbalance from my bi's blowing up and ignoring my forearms most likely. gunna def address that. Im still seeing incredible strenght and vascularity gains. fking unreal how my body has transformed. im in love . i still dont work out with anybody, and thus have no spotter, and have watched my flat bench go from around 215-225 (8 reps), to around 285 . Im sure with a spotter im looking at 315-350. not bad as I was struggling with 185 post surgery. Ive def broadened my workouts, and as this cycle ends, ima flip my entire gym schedule, and even get with a trainer to pinpoint my weak spots. cant wait for september to come buddy . Ill take some pics soon
