WHHHAT Another 1st CYCLE SHHYT!

Thanks alpha strength . That's about what I think it'll take one more full year to get close to my goals but by then I may have a whole new mindset on what I want to achieve . Small steps I guess and training cautiously to stay injury free may be the hardest part ...
 
well im officially down from 50clomid/40nolva, for two weeks, to the last two weeks @ 50/20..

libido never skipped a beat. was drowsy first cple days off cycle.. less pumps in the gym ;(. but have managed to work around that.

golfers elbow is still being a mother loving whore! just wen i think its over, i grab heavy dumbells on bi day and re aggravate it. im doing everything, switched my lift routine, to space upper body compound lifts out a bit more. focus more on legs and core. rest. ice. wrap. glucosimine , fish oil, super cissus... etc.. ibrophen. im on it all. using hydro jets in my gym pool to work it out after lifting. It was getting better and i reintroduced some pulling excercises that i was forced to drop , and it comes and lingers says hello especially in the am.
Not fucking fun. hope to be done with this dirty whore within one more month. may try bodyworks /massage therapy if this doesnt help. I have also been doing forearm work and stretches obviously. next week have a appointment with a great PT gal i know , knows her stuff, so ill have her weigh in on it.

Pumped to hit this next cycle with overdosed, full to the brim meds, and a completely healed body, and mind!!
 
Glad to hear that PCT is off to a good start! a sensible cycle leads to an easy PCT.
 
yeah man perhaps youre the blessed few who can rebound quickly.
He's also one of the blessed few that know better than adding Deca, Tbol, Tren etc etc to a first cycle.
I've got a feeling that inkandmuscle will have different results in 14 weeks.

Me too, but that kid has tunnel vision and can't see past the gains he's making right now.
I bet he'll be way more concerned with the recovery aspect of a cycle in 14 weeks, when he's wrapping up his 16 week multi compound 19-nor cycle.
I hope noob after noob finds Tile's cycle log and follows his cycle.

you guys are the noobs. stop acting as if either one of you know anything about AAS use. I don't know who you guys think you are, but you are not.
 
I did throw in a low dose of deca to compliment the test even though I was advised that test eth 500 mg ew was more of a standard beginner cycle . I also played with the eth dose and upped it 750mg and finished with tp 100 mg eod . If I had it to do again only change would have been using prop 100mg eod or 150 to jump it . Also I'd trade out deca for npp . Oh and I'd add dbol to the from and var to the rear . Oh yeah and I'd add some mast lol
 
Alright my elbow isn't playing nice so I've decided to keep my ace band around it 24/7 for the next two weeks and see If that helps more than only wearing it when I'm doing something physical .
Cranked out a pretty solid leg day . Just started barbell squating again and deads but starting super light . ( remember I have titanium implants and no discs at l4/ l5 as they were removed ) . Seeing marked improvement in my outer sweep and tear drops coming along nicely

naw man i mean obviously they were in there somewhere ... but my main bicept vein was the only thing showing pre cycle.. it branched into my tricept and innner arm about week 5.. then my shoulder starting becoming prominant.. the other arm is sleeved and kills the vascularity.. can barely make out veins.. but yeah chest and traps just started popping like week 15-16 , and now even more through PCT.. seems to be here to stay, but idk..
 
you are lean, but muscle needs blood to feed them. the more muscle you get the bigger your veins should get, which will show more vascular.
 
HF, that is basically how i looked at it from a logic standpoint... dem veins are my fuel lines. bigger lines for bigger muscles. but yeah its exploded over my first cycle into PCT...
