I’ve been searching but came across some conflicting information so figured I would ask which others here use.
Cyanocobalamin seems to be the most stable with longest shelf life but is actually bonded to cyanide molecule. Still supposed to be safe for most except heavy smokers or people with kidney issues.
Methylcobalamin is more readily available and doesn’t need to be converted but I’ve read that it has a short shelf life in injectable form 1-2 months and requires refrigeration. I am fine with that if that’s the better option. Just make small batches. But I’ve never had to refrigerate injectable B-12 before so I wanted to confirm that information first.
