We learned recently that you want to have a 40 pulse pressure (so 40 point differential)
That takes priority before keeping the score below 120/80.
110/70 will give you breathing room for drugs.
You might be able to get away with 130/90 but that's more of an expert route and proven to be normal operation for you specifically.
Reta/Tirz can progressively lower blood pressure.
Fish oil will lower it (blood thinning)
Statins will lower it (secondary effect, downstream effect from cardiac inflammation going down)
And then obviously all the strong meds like beta blockers and everything under that umbrella.
Improving conditioning will help, cardio will be more direct, zone 3 specifically will help with heart hypertrophy.
If you don't feel like cardio then you should be training weights like an athlete (and not like a bodybuilder) as your work capacity and systemic conditioning will improve from the low oxygen environment.
