Which country has the strictest laws on Steroids?

I doubt there are countries that's worse than Sweden on this. They do raids to gyms randomly och interrogates people that matches their "steroid user profile" (big traps, acne, overall size etc), pull them to a drug test. They can get a search warrant for the suspects house just based on a hunch (while the suspect is in and doing the urine test) and turn the house upside down.

People can get pulled to a doping test if being stopped in a regular traffic control, on their walk on some random place, just because they look big.

If you test positive you will have problems getting a job as many companies demands to see the criminal record, to keep your drivers license you have to have talks with a psychiatrist like 5-6 times and pay 400 bucks each time and take random drug tests and pass them for 1 year.

This isn't even everything there is but I don't have time to keep writing how fukked up it is. Worst thing is that there's not even that much opposition against this, it's bat shit crazy.

I live in the post-Soviet space. There are regions where there are no particular problems. There are regions where they can give a very long sentence, as well as for drugs. Plus, people who work in such structures need to do a work plan, they often catch not those who sell drugs, but those who sell steroids. And it is not very hard to find athletes. But for a couple of years now, it's been a mess in Belarus. Those in the know don't even order a pack of methane from there. Because things will be very bad at the post office.

what courts in states in USA are chill on steroids?
I know my state Utah is really chill on drugs but we hate violence charges like beating up wife in front on child or just assault charges. they just hate that shit but literally any drug charge you just get community service,
even if you were distributing I know cause i was and got caught 4 years ago and they were chill asf my lawyer just said as long as I don't have assault charges i should be good and I was. i did probation for 3 years tho only down side.
