Which Ester?

Pins can be bought in some states a/o a script. In others you need one. However, some pharmacists are cool about it and even if the doc forgets the needle script *AHEM SWALE* he'll hook you up.

Sorry SWALE. Had to dog you out on this one! hehe Pharmacist took care of me though.

There is a federal program that you can trade used needles for clean ones. Even if you can't buy them without a perscription, so long as you have dirty needles, your good.

So you guys think Test Cyp is probably the best price / half-life wise?

if you are shooting once a week, cyp would be my choice even though there is little difference there is some. enanthate on the black market has always been cheaper, no knowledge of legal pharm prices.

Non-prescription syringes are legal in 48 states with California and Illinois being the exceptions. The part that can be expensive is the all the blood work or am I misinformed?

You would think that black market would be more expensive due to the risk, etc. At least I would think so. I guess not.
Several pharmaceutical quality AAS are available on the black market that are less expensive than the same medications from US pharmacies. These AAS are manufactured by legitimate pharmaceutical companies overseas and imported into the US.

This is the basis of the argument for allowing US citizens to import medications from Canada and/or overseas. The savings can be significant.

As it currently stands, it is ILLEGAL to import AAS from outside the US even if you have a VALID prescription for TRT.

Your only LEGAL recourse for TRT is through US pharmacies.

Please, let's not talk about obtaining illegal drugs here, guys. Bob Smith is now in the dog house. That means weatherlite has to let me out, in order to make room.

From my experience, test enan is more expensive than test cyp, in the pharmacies where I have checked it out.

jb is right, there are many states that require scripts for syringes. But in some of them citizens may purchase up to ten without a script. Dirty looks are optional.

Cyp is about 1 day longer HL than Enan. I'd go with Enan 2X/week but even if i went with Cyp i'd also go 2X/week

Doing the injections twice per week would negate the benefits of my HCG Protocol.

SWALE, I go in tomorrow morning for my first Endo apt. I know that 100mg a week is a great starting point for those just going on HRT, but what about the twice a week regimen? Should it be 50mg / 50mg or something else?

Krom:

I would keep it simple and just follow Swale's protocol.

100mg/week of Test Cyp for 5 weeks

Once your levels are stable, add in the HCG.

The HCG acts similar to a bi-weekly Test shot in that it helps to stabilize levels. However, it is done via a different pathway (by binding to LH receptors). Test Cyp 2x per week may yield very similar blood results to the Test Cyp 1x week + HCG protocol, but obviously you don't experience any of the benefits of HCG with the first protocol.

I'm doing Test Cyp once per week and HCG twice per week per Swale's method. I am happy to only inject Test Cyp once per week. The HCG shots are a piece of cake in comparison.

Is HCG done Sub-Q? What are the 'benefits' of HCG? ...that you get.
HCG is subq....... the of the big benefits is keeping your natural system working .....it's works like LH....... also when your test is low during the end of the week that will boost it back up .......... also people seem to feel much better on it...........i wouldn't leave it out

It can also be IM. It's a personal preference with regard to administration.

i think it's like 46$ for 10,000iu (swales website)...so i'm assuming it will be a few more at teh drug store....but it's cheap........ yea it can be im but i said sub-q because he asked if it was.......atleast i would rather do sub-q then more im................

I pay $40 for 10,000 IU of Novarel HCG. On Swale's protocol, you'll only use about 4,000 IU before you have to throw away the HCG. It only lasts for 8 weeks in the fridge. So that works out to about $5/week.

My pharmacy doesn't carry the 5,000 IU container. If they did, I would buy that because it is cheaper and I'd be wasting a lot less.

AFA administration, I'll take the sub-q over the IM any day! Since the HCG is a water based injection, you can use a much smaller needle than the typical needle required for Test Cyp. However, with sub-q, you can use a tiny and short needle. A 29g x 1/2" can't even really be felt! :)

You can use the same size needle for IM as well. If a little seeps out subcutaneously no big deal. Just because it's IM doesn't mean you must use the larger, longer needles used for T. (But there are good reasons they are used for T)
