Being a powerlifter, obviously, PL is more interesting than BB, but let's hear it from y'all: Which training related FB groups are you a member of, and what's good about them?

- Powerlifting Motivation Chat - Good vids and articles and some good sense of humour too
- MyStrengthBook for Members - Just joined, seems to be the bee's knees when it comes to programming, tracking and planning
- Stronglifts 5*5 - Discusses 5*5, good discussions too
