Hey all, reading into GLP-1's they seem to be the next big thing, just having problems deciding over picking between sema, tirz and reta.

I'm already lean and just need the extra push without using stims/clen etc. I wouldn't be using GLP-1's long-term (except maybe trying in a bulk), more intermittent.

Tirz seems to be: cheaper, better tolerated, more lethargy, whereas Reta: more expensive, faster fat loss, increased RHR, less lethargy.

I'm also interested in trying these compounds in a low dose during bulks, also is there any interaction between insulin and glp1's?

Right now I'm leaning more towards tirz, considering how much cheaper it is and seems to be more sustainable especially if I would consider using them in long bulks. Any advice or experience which compounds these would help thanks.

My personal experience using all 3.

Sema - Hunger suppression 7 out of 10 at max dose, extreme GI stress, bloody stool, extreme stomach pain.

Tirz Max Dose - Improved insulin sensitivity, 0 noticeable side effects, hunger suppression 8 out of 10.

Reta max dose - Rhr jumped 20 points, fasted blood sugar actually increased, hunger suppression 7 out of 10. What was strange was the fasted bg spike. Some GI stress but minimal.

Final Opinion - Tirzepatide seems to have the least side effects, well tolerated by most, less cost effective than Sema but works the best for me.

Sema - Like @narta said, most bang for your buck

Reta - I don’t like it but Chase Irons is making it very popular right now lol

It all depends on which you tolerate better. You're going to get a lot of different opinions based on people's personal experiences.

If I was looking to do your plan I would use SEMA to cut down and then used TIRZ during the bulk.
