Which steroids and peptides help strengthen joints, tendons and ligaments?

My knees, elbows, neck and tmj joints are constantly inflamed. I already did physical therapy for 6 months which helped but I am still having a lot of problems.

The inflammation started after a cycle of hgh.. Initially, I started with 3 iu and ramped up to 9 ius a day. Towards the end of the cycle I started getting joint pain all over and at that point I stopped.

But the joint pain still remains unfortunately.

I've researched about steroids and peptides that help with joint issues and so far I've heard that Deca, Eq, TB-500 and BPC-157 are all helpful.

Which combination of these would suit me?

So you took the performance enhancing drug that helps heal the body and abused it so much you ended up hurting your body.... So the solution must be more drugs to use them yes? Well no not the case it's proper nutrition and pain management mobility work and tons of other things you can do to make your body better. Anything you've mentioned masks pain temporarily but does not fix it. Hgh helps but ya well you didn't do so good on that last time so maybe stick to natural ways.

Idk what happened it's been more than a year since I ran the gh and the pain still remains. It's getting better with time though

9iu? Jesus. isn't 4 about average for a gh blast?

Yeah I took way too much. It was only for about three months but even 1.5 years later I'm still having that joint pain.

It's getting better though and honestly I'm getting to where I want to be strength wise it's just that I want to strengthen my joints to push myself further.

I'm kind of getting desperate at this point all of the joint pain should be gone by now but it's still there.

I'm willing to try some of these compounds mentioned but in a safe dose.

Pretty sure we talked about this previously. My joints were killing me after a few weeks. I sent them for testing and they came back pure pharmacy grade but half-dosed. I ran "6iu" and tested IGF in the 600's I believe. My joints don't hurt still but I only ran them for a month or so. Why you continued to run them is beyond me. No gear you take is going to actually heal any damage done. Masking it with more gear will cause further permanent damage.

My elbows got better, I just have tendonitis again from overtraining.

But my knees are still fucked. They never went back to normal. I can still squat and deadlift but I can't sprint quickly anymore. Also stuff like leg extensions really aggravate my knees.

My quads have atrophied a lot.

I have an mri scheduled for my knees but the orthopedic doctor said there is nothing structurally wrong with them after examining them.

The neck and tmj pain has been getting better overtime but again it's not even close to being back to normal.

Honestly what I did was absolutely stupid, but I don't see how this damage is lasting so long.

The knee pain started 2 months into the cycle and I stopped 1 month after the pain started.

Would something like Deca or even eq help?

If you are looking to mask the pain for 16 weeks then ya run deca or EQ that way you can sprint and squat and do leg extensions to your hearts content... Only issue is that your body will still be doing damage to you when you are doing those because you haven't fixed the underlying issue but instead basically have sprayed WD40 on a squeeky joint and we all know how that goes once the WD40 is gone it's still a squeeky joint.

I won't be lifting during the cycle. I will just be doing physical therapy. I already did physical therapy for 6 months which has helped but things still haven't gotten back to normal.

I don't know what is the issue here with my knees, but I guess the mri will give me insight into what is going wrong. After physically examining me, the doctor told me nothing will show up on the mri.

I mean this is kind of ridiculous, I've never heard of hgh causing this kind of pain, but it messed up my joints, probably permanently at this point.

I am just praying that I can recover. I want to start training mma soon and I need my knees to be 100%

I remember you. I still don't understand how GH could have caused this.

If you're not lifting during this period then no need to buy drugs. What you should do is get in with a sport-specific physiotherapist who understands the requirements you need to be able to do the movements or kind of activity you want to do again. Let them get you back to sport and performing properly again. Double up on the prescribed work they give you too, do it religiously.

I know you said you did physio - but it sounds like you need some more work especially stuff that is working towards restoring and improvement in sport specific activities. I don't think this situation is hopeless, you said you can squat and dead but can't sprint. That doesn't sound like a train wreck situation to me.

How bad were your joints and mobility before you started the GH?

Exhaust other options as well: myofascial release therapy, eccentric training for rehabilitation etc. These things will help tendinosis symptoms.

This is far more effective than some witches brew of steronz and peptonz for managing pain and restoring function.

I agree, it doesn't make sense to me either. I have heard that gh can cause joint pain at high doses but never permanent.

I was never flexible per se, but I had good speed, explosiveness and strong joints. After this stint with hgh my speed and explosiveness are greatly diminished and I have joint pain regularly.

I agree with what you said I need to find a good physio, for now I am religiously following the program outlined by my physio and hopefully doing the exercises, and dialing in my sleep and diet will relieve my symptoms.

I am also doing the myofascial therapy in the form of foam rolling and getting massages once a week.

Basically my goal is to be able to compete in sports again and I also want to have strong and big legs.

My upper body is strong and I can lift a decent amount with my legs but my quads are very atrophied as I mentioned earlier and my legs are small in proportion to my upper body.

The answer to the thread question is a unfiform NONE.

The exception are anecdotal reports that contend a variety of compounds, from Viramin C to PEPs selectively accelerate collagen synthesis.

Of course it should be no surprise the same "bro's" claiming miracle cures are often shilling for some UGL that sells such products.

Nonetheless based on existing evidence AAS are more prone to WEAKEN joint capsular structures!
