And another question for those who have gained tons of mass and muscle through aas, if you could go back and change something you did sooner , what would it be? Would you rank as priority early on....knowledge of anatomy, or knowledge of exercises for all muscle groups?

Most dont stop PWO because we work and do life stuff and need that lock me up. Depending on your cycle it can really effect blood pressure though. So if you can get by without it, get by without it.

As far as what I would change. Something Ive said many times. More is not always better. We all want to workout as much as possible. Especially on cycle. But rest in necessary.

I haven't stopped, I've been considering lowering my dosage of pwo though. I had a couple times where I ran out of breath during my set rather than have the muscle fatigue and I can just tell my blood pressure is probably really high

like @jaymaximus said though, with work and life stuff I really need pwo to get that extra level of focus and intensity

I don't stop..
I take 600 mg caffiene from green coffee bean extract every day!
Then the preworkout I use has another 300 mg caffiene.
So I am pushing close to 1000 mg a day and I'm still tired. It's even worse if I'm running any orals. I think my old cocaine habits from my younger days have gotten body used to stims and I have built up quite a tolerance to caffiene.
My blood pressure still remains close to normal except if I'm doing heavy cardio.

It's i wise idea to drop PWO on cycle. Espesially if your BP goes up on cycle. The combination of the two can increase the effects. Not to mention the increased heart rate. I'm definatly guilty of this. PWO can be addicting. It got to the point of having to use it as soon as I woke up everyday, instead of coffee.

Lmao I used to be like that in college. I tapered off to get my tolerance back down. I'd be tired and have to take more and more, it was a bit of a cycle. And the caffeine headaches everyday if I didn't take enough.

Good to hear your blood pressure is all good though, that's the important thing!
