Hello folks,

I’m here to discuss with the members about general topics.

I do a lot of sports and would like to know your experience. Happy to discuss with all of you !! I do gym workouts, football and running.

I love to learn about others experience and how to make from myself a better educated person concerning specific things.

Long ago i used testo to boost my gym performance. Did a cycle of 10 weeks and it was really great cause it helped commit more and have more discipline. Workout better, have a consistent diet and mostly work hard at gym. I would like to understand more how to boost performance in a clean way
