Has anyone else seen this? Absolutely mind blowing strength and a brutally intense training video. The fact that "Da Hulk" (Kevin Washington) can bench 405 and 495 on CT's count is unreal.
 
He does! He's making those video game gains now too. Lol. He's been playing GTA and Mortal Kombat like crazy.
Would be amazing if any lifters who play those games ever gets into a game that he's in. The chatter must be mind-blowing haha!
 


Not sure if this is the one, but fun video to watch. Kali and CT are great together. Kali looking like a jacked flavor flav with the sunglasses and if anyone else notice, the grills on his teeth.
 
Going to crush a million skinny guys' dreams after they feverishly follow this tactic for months, gain no muscle, and eventually quit from shame and self-loathing.

But it was impressive.

LOVE CT - if there were ever a preacher of the Iron, it would be this mother fucker. I listen to a clip of his before every workout, and I'll be damned if that fucker doesnt get me hyped up and ready to destroy the iron every time.

That other guy Dom (forgot his last name) is another hilarious character. His vids crack me up too.
 
I use drop sets on upper body. My favorite is on biceps. After i finish with barbell work I use a machine. I start at 100 and drop 10 each set with no rest. By the time I get to 30 I can only get a few reps. It's the greatest pump ever. I do the same with triceps. Almost as good as sex. Well almost. You know what I'm saying:)

I love doing that on the preacher curl machine, start out at the highest I can do for 10 reps then go down one notch each time and go to failure till I get to the bottom, then sometimes if im feeling saucy I'll take a short rest and pyramid back up, absolutely KILLS the biceps
