Techno is a huge term, it's like saying "rock".......ambient trip hop is a form of techno, as is drum and bass, jungle etc. Actually it's electronica I guess but who cares anyway. Certainly not Chip!
Techno is what brings to mind in most folks 120bpm with very little pitch reange and melody. It's just not the whole of the story.
To each their own though........
BTW-I don't know how to help on the song, but I suspect you are talking about a song called "The Launch" by DJ Jean.
Kind of a club anthem, but not my style.

Damn close but not it. The horn breaks up in the begining into 3 2 3 2 beats. It is the same in the end though with the dragging beat.
