With deference, I believe banning partiscipants because their posts are not favored by a particular sect , may encroach upon a "slippery slope". The last thing I would want is for Meso to even THINK about copying the Eroids model, where "rules" (including dismissal), although posted, are deliberately vague to conform with individual "moderator" biases. Moreover, many of the "vets" set the guidelines, control access, sponsorships, advertisements, and generate considerable funding for themselves and the forum, which is an important reason many prefer Meso's limited structure and policies. People on Meso are actually given an opportunity to express their opinions, (without someone mentioning a potential "rule violation" and threatening removal should it recur) not withstanding criticisms from the populous for "opinions" contrary to existing evidence. Although it's great having veterans in the audience and participating, Meso was not structured like most "vet" boards purposefully (I suspect) and has developed a well deserved niche among "weekend warriors" (since some were discounted as insincere and noncommittal on other "pro" boards) whom account for the majority of threads. I suspect that's fine with the masses who partake of the unique freedoms rarely noted on any other worthwhile AAS forum, otherwise they would go elsewhere as your aware.
Regarding MJ, admittedly he doesn't bring much to the table but he doesn't take much away either, both are required IMO for administrative banishment, but I'm happy that's Millard's decision, lol!

Jim is basically saying that when we start taking freedoms from those like MJ (and we are also free to point out his idiotic promotions) the next thing to go are freedoms for everyone else.
I have many years experience on car forums, mainly the Porsche sub forum where many had built cars for money racing (I had an 800 rwhp car). Bench racing would get hot and there were many call outs. As long as it did not degrade into personal attacks, vituperation was allowed.
However, there was/is a ton of money on the board (I spent $140K buying and then building my car). Scammers were banned, but there had to be hard evidence.
My advice is to let MJ have his freedom, even though he is whacked, and only ban him if and when someone gets ripped off.
I was referring to MJ's post. I was playing around a bit. MJ told BigK he has only 1 life and should not stress so much....
I've not found any of MJ's posts offensive, stupid yes or clearly misinformed no doubt!

just because a person is not offensive, does that give him kings x to say and do what he wants...MJ has gone to far especially saying The FDA approves the lab..its not a real legit pharmacy by legit pharmacy standards, and they couldnt give me their license number...just post they are UG, high priced and thats it..I could respect that....they have bad tactics and are sucking in newbies that have no clue...that is who is buying their UG product...
..I as a vet and one of few that has been around as long as I have, hate to see the BS....I take pride in being around this long and the boards I belong too..and what I post..sad to say, MJ is a cockroach....
