Why didn't I do this sooner?

Lifts (3 rep max): DL 365, Squat 335, BP 235
(I know, not impressive)

Other context: Dealing with Crohn's Disease since age 13 - in remission with azathioprine, Have taken Proscar x 6 years for bph (works good, mild sexual sides, hairline good)
-Last year ran high quality peptides x 6 months: 3 x per day ipa + mod: Really liked it. Good strength gains, good sleep. Ran MT2 and got tan, but then moles everywhere. I regret running MT2
-10 years ago ran prohormone: didn't know what the fuck I was doing, didn't know what PCT was
-I have been researching/contemplating running AAS for the past 8 years
-I've done so many different types of training: Volume splits to Mentzer to Platz to Rippetoe to Crossfit yadayada. Have done high protein/low fat/high carb, 30/30/40, keto, you name it. I've used so many supps over the years. Jeezus what a waiste except creatine, glutamine and maybe a few select others.
Having reached or nearly reached genetic potential, I feel like I know my body pretty well and I sense a decline, subtle but sure. I'm not content to ride off into the sunset just yet.

Goals: Lean bulk + some recomp. Want core lifts up. I surf so staying lean and not getting too bulky/puffy is a priority. Don't want to overdo it as I'm prone to bph in the past and acne/rosacea (take Doxy and does well for me). 185 lbs at < 10% bodyfat AFTER PCT would be rad. I'm not trying to have to buy a new wardrobe, but I would like to fill out the one I got a little better. I do not foresee running more than 1 cycle a year. I will always lift, always.

Without getting into specifics: My precycle labs were low to low normal across the board. Of note test was only 298. I am getting bloods week 3, week 7, week 10, week 12 (start of PCT) and week 16 (post PCT)

Cycle:
Weeks 1 - 7: Test C 200mg x 2 week
Weeks 1 - 3: Tbol 40mg daily
Weeks 8 - 10: Mast P 75mg EOD, Test P 100mg EOD
Weeks 1 - 10: adex 0.25 to 0.5 EOD (lab dependent), Hcg 250 iu x 2/week
Supports: O3's, Liver supports, multivitamin, lots of water, lots of sleep
All AAS are Pharmacom. Ancillaries and PCT are pharma

PCT weeks 12 - 15
Clomid 100,50,25,25
Nolva 40,20,20,20
DAA, Creatine
Albuteral weeks 14-15

Peptides start at week 10 and continue indefinitely.

Macros: 3000/day + or -. Nutrient dense foods. (Lots more details here I won't go into)
275 protein
275 carbs
100 fat

Training: 5 - 8 rep range core lifts, 10 - 15 assistances/finishers. Cardio x 2 per week (less if I'm surfing) Lots more details here.

OK. So, I'm one week in. I'm worried about outgrowing my clothes and getting stretch marks. I am responding VERY well. I have gained 7 lbs. I cannot fit into my favorite cargo pants because my thighs and glutes are swolen. I got weird looks in the gym today. Already feeling god-like/alpha. Libido up. Slight bit of acne but not bad. Can see a tad water weight in my face. Keeping sodium in check. BP is good. GI/stomach feels fine.

Didn't get before pics but will post pics week 3, 6, 10, and after PCT.
Love this place. Hope I can give back a bit by posting up this shit and logging it.
 
Looks solid. Only thing I saw that stood out, but not really a problem , is running the tbol for only 3 weeks. I'd run it out to at least 4-5 weeks that way you know your test levels should be peaking once ur done with it.

Thanks for that. I was on the fence between running for 3 or 4 weeks. I have enough for 4, but I was a little worried about my liver (get tested q 3 months because of my Crohn's meds - results have always been normal to high normal for past 20 years on this medication). Also, I was a little curious to see how the test would do on its own weeks 4 - 7. But, what the hell. I got it, might as well get the most out of it, especially at only 40mg. My only cycle for this year so, need to get the most out of it.

4 weeks vs 3 shouldn't make much difference on liver values if u get bloods. Many people run out to 6 weeks but I would never recommend it. Better to be on the conservative side in my opinion. Also you may find that 30 mgs gets the job done instead of 40. Sometimes less is more and the extra ten mgs doesn't really bring anything to the table besides more cost. With 100 tabs @ 30 mgs per day you should get a solid four weeks and a few days no problem. Ultimately your choice.
