Ok I love squats but don't seem to get as much of a glute workout as I would like (I do go really far down) The gym was dead and I finally used a glute isolating machine. I loved it! I never see any guys on it when it's busy and I'm wondering why? If more guys used it I would not feel so gay using it lol. Same goes for the Hip abductor machine? The one that hits groin muscle. Any thoughts?
