Why do some pharma test e not use any solvents?

I have been seeing some pharma test e with just oil + hormone, not containing any BA or BB and also recently another pharma test e only containing BB and no BA.

Are there benefits to removing the solvents altogether? Less pip for people?

From what i've read BB is used to make the oil thinner and keep it from crashing, and BA is used to keep it sterilized. But if that's the case, why do some pharma test e not use those solvents at all?

All the homebrew recipes i've read 99% of them add in BA/BB. Just trying to understand things better.

BB allows more powder to dissolve, it doesn't thin out the carrier oil. Steroid powders varies in solubility. For Test E I think you can reach 250 mg/ml without extra solvents (BB).
BA is always used. If it's not mentioned, it's still there. Without a doubt.
