Why don't labs test their Raws?

For sure they can do some quality control.

Basic O-Chem 101 the closer you get to a crystalline solid's melting point the purer the product is. Combined with a labmax you should get a good indication of what you have. A melt temp apparatus will set you back $250-500 bucks used.

It's a shame they either get too big and greedy overseas or they know they won't last long domestically.

Found the meltemp I used in undergrad for 75 bucks on ebay just need a thermometer http://www.ebay.com/itm/231497347691

Ted Nelson, Customer: But why do they put a guarantee on the box?

Tommy: Because they know all they sold ya was a guaranteed piece of shit. That's all it is, isn't it? Hey, if you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I will. I got spare time. But for now, for your customer's sake, for your daughter's sake, ya might wanna think about buying a quality product from me.

I rest my case
