Why have I stopped gaining???

It seems that on every cycle i put on most of the weight in the first 5 weeks then climb very very slowly up the scale after that.

Current Cycle:

Dbol: 40mg/day first five weeks
Omnas: 750mg/wk weeks 1-13
Deca: 600mg/wk weeks 1-12
Finishing with Clomid and HCG
Nolvadex and Provion Through out

Im into week 9 now and I have not gained a pound in the past 2 weeks. Have I plateaued? Or is my body at its max right now. I started the cycle at 243lbs and now im at 256lbs. Im not complaining about the 16lb gain thus far, it was actually more than i expected. Do any of you experience this as well?

This is my 12th cycle in five years and it seem to be the same every time....gain a bunch and then pretty much stop. No change in diet either...do I need to switch up my routine?

Peace...kelly

Change your rep range on lifts and increase your calorie intake by 500 calories daily. If you been cycling for so long you should knows whats required.Good luck.

If you take in more calories than you expend, you gain weight.....it's really that simple. Your diet, training and gear will help determine if it's LBM or not, but a caloric surplus means you gain weight.

You have a aproblem with one of the following:

Sleep
Training
Diet

What are you cutting back on?

I would throw dbols back in or another oral for an added kick at the end maybe weeks 11-15 or something then you will also time pct better as deca/sust will be in the system for quite a while after your last shot.

One thing that always seem to help me is throwing different hormones in my cycle throught out my cycle. I may run Dbol, Test and Deca the first part of the cycle, towards the 2nd half I'll drop the Dbol and Deca and throw some Tren in the mix. If your running short cycles (8-10 weeks) it probably won't do any good but I normally run 16-20 week cycles.

i like 24 week cycles! i love gear!

I had the same problem. Felt like I hit a plateau last week. But, a few guys recommended upping my calories and protein. I've been doing that over the past week and have made great gains, in weight and strength, this week.

I basically just force myself to eat. I eat all day long. Once I lose that feeling of being "stuffed" I start eating again........

That's all it is........adding more gear or different gear will help maybe a little if any.....you must maintain a positive caloric intake.....that's the hardest part of adding mass

Einstein hit that one on the head. If you've been at the same weight for 2 weeks, then you simply are not eating enough. Should have put on at least 1/2 of a lb.
