"Anger" can be a very useful tool for snapping someone out of a retarded mindset! Sometimes you can say things so egregious that it is almost like slapping them out of it, and forcing them to re consider their position.
Anger in and of itself should be incorporated into who and what you are, and used when necessary and effective.
