Because the final product could still be underdosed/degraded/contaminated.
Also, many of the labs actually test their raws before they use them, just like the lab two threads below this one.

Most don't test their raws before making a product. That has been shown time and time again with AL tests showing dosing. And not only that but why would AL do the UGL's job for them?

Some of the reviews had been posted over at SST.
Because that is the ugl job. And lol if you think most labs are testing raws. Domestically that is comical as only a handful do.
Its sad that it is this away as for 2 to 3 dollars extra per vial, they could test the raws and finished product and the investment more then pays for itself and the consumer is willing to spend the money to make it happen.
Will you lose out on some resellers because of that little price bump? Possibly but if dont roght you will have more business then you can handle and will be forced to go private which should be the goal of every source. Establish reputation, gain enough clients to go private, stay off le radar. Pretty simple but the simple minded drug dealers that run most labs suck at the business ends of things, because after all they are drug dealers.

"Main powder suppliers"? It sounds like you live in a bubble or vacuum? You believe the sources you listed are the big shots that supply the entire ugl world? They aren't. They are November's Flavors of the Month.
Have you ever checked out Alibaba or some other online market place? There are countless powder suppliers. Gear is just one area of synthesized chems. All the ecstasy(mdmd) and sassafrass(mda) along with ketamine, Fentanyl and the RC's sold as "Bathsalts" originate in china. Know what? If you were in the private parts of the RC and rec drug forums/boards like drugs-forum.com. They sound just like we do when discussing purity and sterility of their raw powders. The fucking Chinese are toying with all of us.
