Why the disconnect with hcg in trt?

You are kidding here right?

Test yourself for an increase in testosterone production.

100 iu e3d isn't going to be gigantic either way though.
I was on trt plus hcg and my TT was 550, then I stopped my hcg due to elevated E2, retested a month later on the same trt and same time after injection and my TT was 610... so I don't think the TT is the most reliable indicator of hcg "working"
I'm hoping the 100 EOD will do something but yet keep E2 under control so I don't have to add an AI

I'm going to shoot for 100 iu hcg every 3 days and check labs. Issue is, and nobody has an answer is, what's th lowest effective dose that won't need an AI?
Other words, what's the lowest dose that still works?
If I took 100 every 3 days how would I know it's working? Just by the feel of my testicles? Lol
The only way to know for sure is to keep a log of your doses and monitor bloodworks; everyone is different and responds differently; I’ve been monitoring levels for this dose which I consider my “blast” and I think I am close to find the sweet spot; next step I will work to find the sweet spot for my “cruise”, I intend to use HCG monotherapy for that so I aim to find how high I can keep my T levels with, let’s say, 250 IU 3x a week of HCG only and adjust afterwards based on bloodworks results

Well; I’ve read that HCG increases aromatization WITHIN the testicles and that AI are not effective to reduce this kind of aromatization, so, it seems that for long term use it is better to keep HCG low; as mentioned, for me 400 IU a week are working wonderfully; I love this stuff, I haven’t felt this well since I was in my early 20s

o I don't think the TT is the most reliable indicator of hcg "working"

It is literally the ONLY testable indicator.

Everything else is guesswork bullshit.

How old are u?
What's ur regimen?

My experience with HCG is leading me to drop it for a while and wait for my next bloods.

Before TRT I had an E2 level of 32.

2 months later my E2 was at 20 and I felt great.

Shortly after that bloodwork I started to notice I huge jump in blood pressure, bloat and red face after every HCG injection.

I just got new blood work done and my E2 was at 40.

I could be wrong but I think the HCG is messing me up.

The other issue I am having is even though my E2 is at 40 I have sore joints and some of the cracking and popping is returned in my upper body.

Is it possible to have a high E2 reading from HCG but low E2 symptoms from an AI?

I may drop both the HCG and the arimidex for a month.

A few years back I had done self prescribed TRT with 125 mg a week of test, never had any sides at all except raging boners and a sex drive like an 18 year old.
