I dig the avi, Far Beyond Driven is my #1, VDOP is my second fave of theirs.
I only eat about six raw eggs a day, but man you feel good from them. They seem to help fill your body out. I've been doing this since I was a teenager. But, I only use local farm eggs. Or a friend has chickens. The eggs are brown, blueish, orange, lol. And they taste yummy.

I can get all the eggs I want for free. A friend has a farm. I just haven't ever tried them raw, not sure if I would like it. But, maybe I need to try to down 20 a day, might help me out a lot. I used to feed my put bull a dozen raw eggs a day. It loved them and it made it fill out and made it's coat look great.
Yeah, my pup gets about 3 raw eggs a day. He loves them!

I was always turned off to drinking raw eggs due to salmonella bacteria. I guess I'm worrying about nothing? You guys never had an issues downing raw eggs? I'd like to give it a go..

I prefer to mix it with protien or gainer. Im broke now so im just mixing them with chocolate milk and white milk. Put 3-5 in a shake a few times a day. Continue with your normal diet and you should notice a difference in perfermance as well as physical in a few weeks.

Farm fresh eggs are the shit. So much better tasting than store bought eggs. And u can get fucking huge ones... And cheaper!

Ok thanks man I'll try blending some with protein powder and milk and see if that works. I'm going to try some Rocky style too and see if I can get them down. I guess three eggs in my shake would just about double the protien. I should have already started doing this since I can get all the eggs I want for free. I just haven't ever been into eggs but I'll do anything to make bigger gains. Hopefully they'll go down ok.

There's a farm stand selling fresh eggs for $3 a dozen right down the road from me. I buy 4 dozen at a time
