Why use hgh?

I don't understand why guys are pumping HGH all the time when they are 25-26-30, there is no need. No one thinks of the sides, just look at this guy:

who the heck wants to look like that? I read this hgh article, which goes over the history of professional bodybuilding and they have an interesting comparison: Franz Zane vs. Markus, who would you want to look like?

I'll take the Frank Zane look over that monster mess any day!

First let me say nice shirt haha. Yea man I'm definitely not into the pushed out gut look. I'm a fan of the classic v taper. Ima big fan of the Blade, when people say "gifted" he comes to mind. He just keeps going & going & going. That being said I do like seeing some of the big mass monsters too.

I was under the impression the gut was from slin and force feeding- not the gh like people are fond of saying.

Edit:and an evo article is probably the furthest thing from fact on the planet.

This is most likely the case.

Aren't there HIV patients who are prescribed fairly large doses of GH for years who actually see benefits in reducing disproportionate abdominal fat deposits associated with the disease?

Egrifta is a drug designed and marketed for exactly this reason - reducing visceral adipose tissue, and it's a GHRH...this leads me to believe that the cause of GH gut lies elsewhere.

Surely if this side effect is as prevalent as guys make it seem than it would be reported in the literature at some point.

The GH gut you see in bodybuilders, IMHO, is most likely caused by a heavy build up of visceral fat in the off season, likely accelerated by the heavy slin use, and the use of cutting drugs leading into a show, which have a lower propensity to target visceral fat combined with crash dieting and trying to get contest ready in a short span of time.

Higher insulin levels = increase in visceral fat. These guys probably don't bother eating unless they are taking slin with their food....

I know people who never used Insulin and still ended up with growth gut. The gut is from a combination of gh/AAS but especially food. BBers have been taking tons of AAS and pounding ridiculous amounts of food forever but it wasn't until the 90's that the turtle gut became prevalent. Coincidentally gh became more affordable and used in higher doses.

because of the cost being prohibitive guys think it is a miracle drug it is not ,
everybody wants what they cant have .

Another compound to keep in mind is that mechano growth factor stuff. It can be injected site specific and actually causes the number of cells to increase, obviously with the intent of increasing the number of muscle cells in that area... the issue is that the mgf doesn't know to just multiply muscle cells, and as it is overused it will go to the intestines and cause them to multiply on a cellular level. I forget where I read that but it made me stay away from that shit- that and the fact it is counterfeit ten times out of ten.

I agree. IMO you have to go north of 10ius. High dose Pharma gh plus a couple grams of androgens equals sustained supraphysiological IGF levels. Massive blood flow into the intestines to process all that food plus sky high IGF levels and you've created the perfect environment for growth.

I have seen several articles talking about this concept too although this is an area that I am not as versed in as others because I am just not a big peptide or hgh proponent. Everything you said is accurate and it is a bit scary thinking about intestines, etc. Good points man

The insulin can definitely cause an issue with the "HGH gut" as many already know. Many experience significant water retention as well and often do not realize that it is caused by a sodium to potassium ratio. When this ratio is off (in sodium's favor) it creates the heavy retention, numbness, swelling of ankles, wrists, etc. As most know, carpal tunnel is often associated with hgh use. The heavy water retaining due to this factor plays a rle in this. Most take in more sodium than potassium and do not realize how much of a discrepency there is between the two. When they are off, especially in high volumes, the water retention is terrible and it can become dangerous. Many times there is a lot of questioning as to "why" this occurs but this is the reason.

really is a crappy look. I haven't heard a legit explanation for GH gut. or if it is caused by stacking insulin or not. I always thought it was from organ growth causing the gut to expand.

The exact cause is open to a lot of debate, but I'm sure it is a combination of things. High amounts of GH (15-20+ius per day), high amounts of insulin use, and large amounts of food intake. I think the main thing we can take from this is to respect doses and use moderation and none of these things will become a factor. The GH gut comes primarily from top level pros that are abusing all of these things at the high extreme level.

the question should be, why not HGH? HGH is a wonder drug. insulin causes the gut look. look at the guys that stop BB and they shrink including the gut, cause they stopped insulin, unless they are diabetic from abusing insulin. they are taking normal doses of insulin now. I thought I read IGF-1 LR3 makes every cell grow and MGF just makes muscle cells grow.

the older look..people like Zane...Labrada...Nubret..to me look better ...freak show now...Big Ramy and others.

I know plenty of people who used 4-6 iu's of hgh for years and look great, i would venture to guess the gut comes from very high doses AAS, insulin and boatload of other shit. Legit HGH can work wonders if you don't abuse it.

So why HGH - Because it works! But i would agree its crazy to take at young age.
