Wicked is DONE....My guess it's either a Scammer or Info Gathering at this point....

If there is no arrest record it means one thing only: wicked was busted by federal agency, sealed indictment which points out he is cooperating. I wouldn't be surprised if him or his relative/biz partner are answering those mails. It is very unusual for LE to work this way and chase small time users. But if wicked was indeed busted, DEA would have all his passwords by now: his email addresses, online webstore, forums etc.



Personally, I think Wicked turned into damn rat. You may agree or disagree with me but that is how I feel.

I think they would probably have come already, before you use all the evidence. Or maybe they're just bored, hoping you resist, and waiting for you to beef up a little more. You know, more of a challenge.
But seriously, i would use a different email and take proper precautions if ordering elsewhere.

I wouldn't think LE took over. Coming on this board and advertising, and setting up banners to advertise gear is borderline entrapment. If the source has a minimum amount that makes it seem even more like entrapment. But I am not sure how entrapment is proved. The person would feel compelled to buy the substance because of something the seller does. I don't know if putting banners in people's face, offering low prices, and asking for minimum order amounts would meet the criteria for entrapment.

But I would think openly advertising the sale of controlled substances would be a form of entrapment. Assuming a drug is addictive and you start waving bags in an addicts face and throwing out prices, I would think that could sway a person to do something that they did not initially intend to do. You could be a recovering addict and a cop waving a bag of dope in their face for a good deal and then busting him/her for it seems unethical. But the U.S. legal system and law enforcement seems pretty unethical in general. Justice is supposed to be blind, but rats get reduced sentences for selling people out, despite sentencing guidelines, all in the name of the "War On Drugs". That is unethical.

But I honestly don't know how it would work with law enforcement posing as a source. It's a possibility that makes me paranoid.

Maybe Wicked Labs just turned scammer. The idea of LE posing as a source and then posting on this board (which the source has now done), really disturbs me. When mutagenic got busted, they could have kept it quiet and busted a bunch of buyers posing as mutagenic. Mutagenic was a much larger supplier than Wicked is/was (not saying better quality though) and LE didn't try going after buyers (that we know of).
 
entrapment is making a normal law abiding citizen due something illeagle. A long time ago a place in mex got busted and a whole lot of ppl got knocks on there doors.

What is the evidence for this? Is it known that he was arrested or something? If not then the statement seems like a false dichotomy. That doesn't mean it is incorrect; I'm just interested in what has happened.

You could always give it a test. Its definitely not suggested though. There wont likely be evidence for us to find or he wouldn't be useful
