Wide spread Tirz issues

I was on a forum where Jano and TP were discussing the issue back and forth, both were in agreement. Fast degrading, impure Tirz at a higher rate than they had ever seen.

it’s not marketing because it was an email blast via mail chimp? You’re doing that thing where your desire to argue supersedes your ability to logic. either that or you just don’t know what you’re talking about but popping off anyway, which I’m also prepared to believe based on your track record.

I don't understand the point of that article. Fearmongering? Are they really finding 80% tirz samples, for example, which would be an actual cause for concern.

The FDA sets a 0.5% impurity limit on generic peptides.

More important is that any impurity in the copy, and not present in the original pharma peptide has to be characterized (identified) and tested for immunogenicity potential. An expensive process no one does with UGL.

There are cases where impurities almost identical to the original peptide, easily made as the result of a small error in synthesis, can cause disastrous effects. Like Taspoglutide showing up in Semaglutide,

I sent some off for testing because of these reports. It appears to be the same batch. Peptide Test and Jano (just ran lcms to try to identify the source of degradation) both came back pretty good so I'm stumped as to why.

Pretty good?

2.5% impurities, at the very least (there are types of impurities that aren't readily detected with this testing method), none of which are characterized (in other words, they aren't specifically identified, understandable, as that's an expense process).

Those impurities could easily be responsible for inducing high levels of immunogenicity...
