wife is new to juice but not training situation. She is 5'9 145lb 40ish. Started with a higher carb macro diet,and eating alot more than her previous calorie deficient diet.Trainer put her on 1780 cal logging mfp. she was eating much less previous,but it took her a while to be able to eat this much. The thought was she was holding onto fat because she was not eating enough,starvation mode.This changed her body look alot,gained alot more muscle in the arms and back.A small bit of fat was lost but her over all body weight stayed the same,fat in mid section inner thighs and over top quads,everyplace else leaner and meaner,5 day week hour workout,not much cardio,she rather move weights than cardio.

60 Fat
175 Carbs.
wasnt working,so scratched that and moved onto keto diet at the same calorie load,but with less than 20g carbs,lost a few initial lbs fat and stalled again with low keto blood readings at .5 to .9,adjusted down to bigger calorie deficiency at 1500 and kicked keto to 1.5,now losing bout 2 lbs or more week. She doesn't wana lose any more muscle and wants to put on more lean mass while continuing this diet and increasing protein after the cut,possibly to compete..Var or primo might work well? Hopefully once she gets all the fat off in the cut we hope to get her off keto and on a more rounded macro load,maybe cycle on and off keto as needed for maintenance

Her diet seems to be on the modest end. For her age, height, weight and activity level - to maintain her weight she needs about 2150 cals. If she's at 1500 then it isn't too bad as that's a 650 deficit but she will continue losing weight. She could go even lower if she wanted to and boost her loss to 2lbs a week. IF she is happy at that weight then I would just adjust her macros and increase calories closer to maintenance. I guess it will be a matter of the choices she makes. Keep proteins high and alternate between high fat and high carb days. What I mean is, she could try doing her hardest training days as high carb days and others as high fat days.

There are so many options. If she is wanting to continue keto, she can and there is no problem with that. You can still grow and keep lean on it. Keeping carbs under 30g a day and high protein and high fats. Women tend to respond well to that.

If she is ready to add AAS then var would be a great choice. Having high proteins and high fats with low carbs, can make var very beneficial in women. I know myself and many others who benefit from a set up like that.
 
What are her macros exactly?

looks like 31% proteins. 30% fats. 39% carbs. I would have switched that to 40% proteins, 30% fats and 30% carbs or my fave (40/40/20 and 40/20/40) that most females respond very well to is the 40% proteins, 40% fats and 20% carbs on low carb days.

Thanks a lot for the info. She is now using these and they are workin much better. The small bit of fat she has is crazy hard for her to get off. She is fasting 16 hrs everyday and that is helping.

Once she gets past this fat cut we will try cycling her on this 40/20/40 you mentioned. That will make eating out a lot more easy and hopefully make it more easy to stack mass She has to be losing muscle now cause the scale shows weight dropping and this last bit fat just won't burn. If cal restriction and keto can't do it quick I don't know what to try for her other than var to keep the muscle in this long of a cut

Know some serious bb women are running anadrol but that is to harsh and andro for the wife starting off aas. Super tough on liver also. I bet the results are impressive. What kinda sides has she seen ?

This isn't her first cycle and she is running it at 12.5 mg a day only thing she is saying is better sex and clit is swollen
 
Those kinda sides make it sound even better. Seems like a lot of women here run it. Need to start her out on something softer though
 
I had prev read some of that thread and was impressed. Is the liver toxicity tolerable for most women with short cycles

It really all depends on her goals as there are so many compounds to choose from. Let her do some research and she can decide what compound is best for her main goal.
 
She asked me to research it for her. She is always reading something about diet and training. Var males the most sense for her right now.

Both compounds are very different. I'm not a good example as I haven't ran these on their own in forever as I'm a touch advanced with my cycles.

If I compare the results from them, I would say:

Var wins in the overall look and aesthetic aspect of things.

Adrol wins in the overall strength and size gains.

thanks for the info,maybe a adrol cycle later on if she responds well to var. Can a beginner cycle work its way up to 20 or most stay at 10 max?
Also keep reading about fake or underdosed var from sources like phcon and others,what has been the most reliable source recently?
