My wife started anavar 3 weeks ago.
Week 1 - 2.5 mg/day
Week 2 - 5 mg/day
Week 3 - 6.6 mg/day
She has a maintenance at about 1700 calories if she is moderately active.
She is down to 1300 calories for 3 weeks and didnt loose 1 single pound. Even added 1 hour of cardio every day, beside her workouts 4 times/week.
I cant understand why is her weight not moving at all after 3 weeks. We are counting exactly what she eats, food is not the problem, exercise definetly is done.
Any ideas on what can be the problem?
Thank you

Well anavar isn't going to make her lose weight

Whats her exact diet? Not calories or carbs or shit like that. What's the exact measurements of each food and each meal?

Whats her sleep schedule like?

Age?

Blood work to show current levels of estrogen, testosterone, and thyroid?

If she’s training why’re you focused on the scale and not the mirror? If she trains with weights she probably adding muscle.
She wants to loose some weight but not loose her shapes, to fit in some of her smaller dresses.
We have 3 kids, she lost 15 kg after every pregnancy, she knows how to do it naturally, but in 3 weeks of anavar she hasnt dropped a gram. Can she still be gaining waterweight or muscle after 3 weeks and on 1300 calories?

Its hard to write exactly what she eats but has 3 meals and 1 fruit.
1 meal homemade gregg doucette protein bar
2 meal cottage cheese with fruits and some honey.
3 meal some meat with vegetables.
30 years old. She sleeps about 7-8 hours.
Dont have any hormonal tests. Thank you

Too many variables you haven’t provided to definitively say what her weight should be doing.

At a basic level you’ve introduced an anabolic steroid to the process: there will be a shift to muscle building regardless and it may very well be offsetting fat loss on the scale. But there’s a million factors to determine what’s actually going on.

Get off the scale and use the mirror.

It's this.

@Piromanu87 Anavar is an anabolic steroid, these are agents that promote increased LBM. As a novel stimulus for a woman, Anavar is promoting nitrogen (and other elements') retention. Yes, yes; I know you heard "Var is a cutting steroid." That doesn't mean that it increases RMR/BMR, it is first and foremost a growth-promoting (anabolic) agent. Embrace it, it sounds like she'll end up with a nice recomp effect.

As Anavar is going to build muscle it’s normal that she isn’t loosing weight. Even in a calorie deficit. Start measuring her size for a more accurate look at what’s happening
