deadguy said:winny in first cycle? No..no..no! Unless...you are of decent lean mass and only need to cut and harden for a particular reason. As stated before, it is a waste of money. If your goal is to look like the Men's Fitness clowns then be my guest, but if your goal is to start using AAS and actually gain weight and THEN get lean, hold off on the winny until you actually look like you work out.
Wait...i just read that Ronnie Coleman uses ONLY winny. He must mainline it.
