OK, so for athletics (not bodybuilding), assume the person has hit a plateau of sorts, and still wants to add on about 5 pounds of lean mass. Starting around 170 lbs (remember, athletics, not bb'ing).
Assume the only stuff available is like 5 susts and lots of 25mg oral winny (and clomid and nolva if neded). Clen as well is available.
How to best use this? Would the winny alone probably do the trick for 5 lean lbs? Any use touching the sust?
