winny/sust cycle?

OK, so for athletics (not bodybuilding), assume the person has hit a plateau of sorts, and still wants to add on about 5 pounds of lean mass. Starting around 170 lbs (remember, athletics, not bb'ing).
Assume the only stuff available is like 5 susts and lots of 25mg oral winny (and clomid and nolva if neded). Clen as well is available.

How to best use this? Would the winny alone probably do the trick for 5 lean lbs? Any use touching the sust?

5 Vials of sust? or 5 amps?

If ya got enough I'd run the Sust at 150mg every other day for eight - ten weeks and the winny at 50-100mgs every day for the last four weeks.

Like this...

WEEK 1 - 8 Sustanon - 150mgs eod
WEEK 4-8 Winstrol 100mgs ed.
Week 9 -12 PCT - Nolva, Clen

That should do it bro,just depends if ya have enough Sust,the sust doses can be altered to your need man since you're only loooking to gain & keep 5lbs,which should be cake if your diet is right.
 
Thanks, but thoses doses are higher than what I want to do. Like I said, only 5 pounds. And keep in mind I'm not a 250 pound guy! I don't -think- I need 500mg of sust per week to gain wait, nor do I want to kill my liver with 100 ed oral winny.
I do appreciate your post, just think those are higher than what I need.....of course I could be wrong..!

Well,IMO you can gain 5lbs naturally bro by upping your calories over an 8 week period...I suggest if your gonna use the gear may as well get full benefit of it,but that's just me.

I've heard of guys using just winny at 50mgs per day and getting okay results,give it a shot for 4 weeks and keep us update on your results...we all react differently to juice.
 
You should have no problems whatsoever gaining 5lbs of lean mass naturally with correct training and diet. You shouldn't even be thinking of juice yet, unless you want 15+ lbs of lean mass. Just my .02.

Increase your calories and protein intake and keep training hard. You should be able to add 5lbs in 10 weeks - with no sides at all.

actually for what you want to accomplish I suggest upping the calories for that little amount of gains you want gear would be a waste - or as stated above go for a full blown cycle and get some benefits from it.

Well, like I said, assume I've hit a plateau, and already have done the above calorie increase and hard training.
So, again, just looking for a good 5 of lean muscle....I specifically don't want a 15 pound gain. I don't care if its considered a waste. 5 pounds of lean muscle might be worth more to me than 15 to someone else! :)

for "athletic" purposes as you call it, i'd toss the winny out all together. it won't add much value except making it easier to keep gains, and it makes athletes more succeptable to injury. i'd just run the test @ 500mg a week, if you think you need less, then take less. my .02
 
hey, you can gain five pounds just by upping your calories. I don't care if you have already done it, because anybody can gain 5 pounds if that actually eat enough calories and train right. I don't think you are at your natural limits at 170 pounds so I am sure you gain that five pounds. If you think you are eating enough then add more, because most likely you are not eating enough.

You can gain 10 pounds naturally too. You can also lose 20 pounds without using DNP, etc. But thats not really the point, is it!
I do get what you're saying, just not getting the answer to my question..:)
