Hey everyone, hows it going,
I have an exgirlfriend whom I'm very close with still who recently came to me as resource to her but I did not have trust in my knowledge to give her advice so I am coming to you guys! I've read many posts with great information but seeing how she's important to me I don't want to give her an answer to her questions based off me putting bits and pieces together from many threads.
She has trained with weights for most of her life and recently has got into mma training and plans to complete one day. she's looking for an edge now while she's just starting out, she asked me what I would recommend for weight cutting, muscle endurance and strength.
She's wants to do a winstrol only cycle with a pct.
Is that something anyone would recommend for a women on her first cycle looking for those type of results?
If so at what doses and what pct, and pct during or after or both?
